Greetings everyone, I am Valarie Brock, and I am thrilled to be a part of this sacred circle of individuals committed to growth and healing through ancient yogic and meditative practices.
My spiritual background started at a young age when my grandmother, who was deeply rooted in the Baptist faith, would take me to church with her every Sunday. As I got older, I explored various religions and belief systems, eventually finding my way to meditation and yoga, which have become an essential part of my daily practice.
Through the years, I have come to understand that spiritual growth is a continuous journey, and I am always seeking new ways to deepen my understanding and connection with the universe. I am excited to be a part of this community, to learn from each of you, and to share my experiences as we work together toward our collective growth and transformation.
