It is my goal to provide resources and support for each of you to develop a consistent practice routine and build a system of tools to strengthen your resolve and motivate you to stay focused.
I also understand the challenges that come with trying to prioritize our practice in today’s fast-paced world, which is why I believe the power of accountability and community is crucial in helping us achieve our goals. The Sacred Circle offers a space for women to build relationships and hold each other accountable as we work towards our personal growth and development.
I encourage all of you to share your goals openly in this community and take advantage of the support and encouragement offered by your fellow members. Remember that it is in vulnerability and bravery that we can truly progress and grow.
I also highly recommend making daily appointments with yourselves to focus on your holistic wellbeing and weekly check-ins with The Sacred Circle to provide genuine support and receive encouragement from your sisterhood. The benefits of accountability and community cannot be overstated and have been shown to significantly increase the chances of achieving our goals.
