I wholeheartedly agree with the importance of developing a consistent spiritual practice. I have personally experienced the transformative power of yoga and meditation in my own life, and I understand the importance of a daily commitment to breaking free from the samskaras that govern our lives. The concept of Tapas, or discipline, is essential to achieving our full potential.
I understand that in today’s fast-paced world, it can be challenging to make time for spiritual practice. That’s why I appreciate the resources provided by Femigod to help develop a strong commitment system. I also agree that balance is crucial in yoga, and extremes of any kind should be avoided.
I also appreciate the concept of accountability in the Sacred Circle. I believe that by sharing my goal openly on this platform, I am instantly joining a community of women who can support and encourage me every step of the way. I understand that being open with my plans can be daunting, but I also believe that it is only in vulnerability that we can progress and in authentic bravery that we can grow.
I also find the idea of moving my goal out of my mind and into reality very powerful. The laws of attraction and reciprocity are immediately in play the moment we bring our decisions into the physical realm. I also appreciate the fact that sharing my vision raises my chances of achievement to 65% and having a specific accountability appointment with someone I’ve entrusted to encourage me increases the chances of reaching my goal to 95%.
I will definitely sign my name to the commitment contract by introducing myself and posting a dedication to my daily spiritual practice. I will also make 2 priority appointments immediately: one daily appointment with myself, where I set aside specific time each day to focus on my holistic well-being by making use of the knowledge library, and one appointment with my Sacred Circle, where I will check in at least once a week to provide genuine support and receive encouragement from my sisterhood. I believe that by prioritizing this kind of radical self-care, I will be able to achieve my full potential.
