6.1 User’s Rights to Their Content
Femigod acknowledges and respects that users retain any and all of their ownership rights to content they submit, post, display, or otherwise make available (collectively, “post”) on the Services. This means that ownership of all such User Content remains with you, including any intellectual property rights in your User Content (e.g., copyright, patent, design rights, etc.).
6.2 Femigod’s Rights to User-Generated Content

Termination of Account
8.1 Grounds for Termination
Femigod reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Femigod Services (or any portion thereof) at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms of Service or any other policies Femigod may institute from time to time.
- A request by you to cancel or terminate your account.
- Discontinuation or material modification to the Services, or any part thereof.
- Unexpected technical or security issues or problems.
- Extended periods of inactivity.
- Engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or
- Nonpayment of any fees owed by you in relation to the Services.
8.2 Process of Termination
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Femigod Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
To terminate your account, please contact our customer service team at the provided contact details. Once your account has been terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it. If you do not log in to your account for 12 or more months, we may treat your account as “inactive” and permanently delete the account and all the data associated with it.

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Femigod services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In addition, Femigod does not represent or warrant that the services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. While Femigod attempts to make your access and use of the services safe, we cannot and do not represent or warrant that the services or our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the services.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Femigod and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damage arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Femigod services, the content or the materials contained in or accessed through the services, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by user on any information obtained from Femigod, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of god, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Femigod’s records, programs or services.
Indemnification
10.1 User’s Agreement to Indemnify Femigod
As a user, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Femigod, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of Femigod’s services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of Femigod’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Service or your use of any information obtained from Femigod’s services.

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
